New 700 Seat "State of the Art" Contact Centre for Ventura
One of the UK's largest outsourced Contact Centres with over 11,000 employees operating out of 7 UK centres and one 1500 seat facility in Pune - India totalling over 750,000 sq feet, Ventura exclusively use Cube Support Services for the design, management and operation of all their facilities across the UK.
When Ventura were looking to rapidly expand its operations, Cube were asked to source a new site, design the facility and fit out the building to deliver another 700 seats. The process began in early 2006 and by July a new 40,000 sq foot facility at the new out of town business centre at Leeds Valley Park was signed up.
Within weeks Cube had designed the space layout which included a 180 seat restaurant, breakout spaces, 4 x 15 person training rooms, technical training room, VIP suite, support area, a fully operational data centre and 700 contact centre operator seats in a total of 40,000 sq ft, an incredible 57 sq ft per desk gross.
The project some £3m in cost was designed, managed and fitted out by Cube Support Services in a little over 16 weeks and was operationally capable in October of 2006.
Now operational Cube manage and deliver facilities services of building maintenance, reception, administration, catering, vending, cleaning, carpark and transport management to the site 7 days a week 16 hours a day.
