"Setting up a new 1500 seat call centre facility in Pune - India was a daunting task particularly when, from approval to operational live point, was only 15 months. Even though The Cube team were in a similar position to ourselves and had not done such a task previously, they took on the responsibility of managing the project. They sourced and appointed all our Indian design and technical partners, provided the design and technical specification, negotiated with fit out contractors, managed the project to operational completion and specified and appointed the facilities management company to onwardly manage the facility. The £9.2m project was completed on time and below budget and allowed our parent company NEXT plc, to begin call centre operations in June 2005 some 11 months after construction work began".
