VND Presentation Facility

Following a number of submissions from interior design and fit out organisations suggesting project costs in the region of £250,000, VND called in Cube to come up with our proposals for the design and installation of a new Presentation Suite.

Cube were asked to design and install a new 2500 sq ft presentation facility for VND at their new 1,000,000 sq ft state of the art Distribution Centre in Rotherham. Working to a limited brief, and with a budget in the region of £80,000, Cube were asked to design a quality facility that once completed was described as "an excellent project " by James Howell Group Operations Director for VND.

The project consisted of the upgrade of reception area to the building, including supply and installation of bespoke reception desk, internal signage, new lighting to reception, plasma screen installation, redecoration and the supply of furniture.

The main presentation suite included a client reception area, a Main Presentation facility, 2 client meeting areas and a hospitality kitchenette complete with electrical appliances. The facility included the design and installation of bespoke wired managed Boardroom table, plasma screens, lighting systems including installation of LED lighting, bespoke construction glass partitioning, power and data installation, internal decoration, carpeting, furniture, and signage directories.
