Large Contact Centres filled with people, in this case over 1500, operating 16 hours a day 7 days a week are a challenge for any organisation to keep the buildings functioning effectively. Working with Brentwood Design Group, Cube were trusted by Ventura to undertake the installation of new mechanical and electrical services for an upgraded comfort cooling system installed throughout the 100,000 sq ft contact centre. The building remained operational during the works and Cube not only had the responsibility to install the system but also to manage the project over 6 phases moving and planning the relocation of staff to enable each phase to complete.

The works comprised of not only the mechanical and electrical services, but the interior fit out of the Contact Centre space including the refurbishment of toilet areas, recarpeting throughout, redecoration and the creation of new and enhanced breakout facilities.

The project will take 86 weeks to complete and is due for completion in September 09.
