Fit Out of New 400 Seat Contact Centre for Lowell Financial Ltd

The project brief was to design an interior layout that maximised the operational space within the 18,000 sq ft facility - the result was a total of 430 contact centre seats in addition to meeting rooms, breakout and support areas, training facilities, locker areas, purpose built vending and a new data centre facility.

The £500,000 project included the design and installation of air conditioning, ventilation, electrical services, a new cat 5e data infrastructure, comms room including UPS system, recarpetting, decoration, new purpose built bespoke desking and furniture throughout, TV system and AV projectors and lockers.  The project was completed within the 18 week timescale and within the stringent budget set by Lowell .

Since the project was completed, Lowell have appointed Cube to undertake the refurbishment of their existing 20,000 sq ft Corporate HQ.
